AISkyLa Gifting is a free web-based platform that allows users to create animated virtual gifts, including gift cards, love letters, birthday surprises, and custom mini-websites. The Service is provided "as is" and is free of charge.
The Service does not currently require user registration or accounts. You can create and share virtual gifts without signing up.
You retain ownership of all content (photos, messages, music links) that you upload or create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely to deliver your virtual gift. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and does not violate third-party rights.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass anyone, upload malware, impersonate others, or create gifts containing hate speech, explicit content, or content promoting violence.
The Service, including its design, animations, templates, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Wiscall and AISkyLa.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WISCALL AND AISKYLA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
